To accomplish this, Firms can utilize our online "Candidate Finder" form. The form lets our software system know the types of Candidates the Firm is looking to speak to based on a variety of different factors. When a "NEW" Candidate joins our service by filling out the "Candidate Form", our software system will match them with the right Firms. The complete process is as follows:

  • Firm joins and fills out the "Candidate Finder" Form
  • Candidate joins for free and fills out the "Candidate Form"
  • An email is sent out to the Firm letting them know a Candidate matches their profile
  • An email is sent to the Candidate linking them to the Firm's Mini Site where they place ads, audio, video, banner ads, articles and contact information
  • They can communicate confidentially via email with the potential Candidate
